| Eligibility |
Eligibility to apply for the Isaac Moghalu Memorial Scholars Program is based on the following conditions:
- Diligence
- The applicant should be from the community or communities specified in the Foundations calls for applications
- Good character

| Obligations |
The successful applicants or their legal guardian will sign an agreement with the Isaac Moghalu Foundation that the scholarship will be maintained for the period of the degree course or secondary school education on the condition that:
- He or she maintains good academic performance
- He or she maintains good conduct
- He or she completes the degree course or secondary school education within the number of years stipulated for the course
- Failure to fulfill any of the above conditions will result in the termination of the Isaac Moghalu Memorial Scholarship

| For university/polytechnic education, admission to the following courses is preferred: Law, Medicine, Engineering, Computer Science, Dentistry, Optometry, Surveying, Estate Management, Accountancy, Business Administration, Geology, Microbiology, Architecture, Laboratory Technology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Fine and Applied Arts. |
