Former United States President William Jefferson Clinton has commended the work of the Isaac Moghalu Foundation and underlined the importance of literacy in rural communities in Africa.

In a letter to Dr. Kingsley Moghalu dated May 17, 2006, the Founder of IMOF, the 42nd President of the United States said: “I was pleased to learn of the establishment of the Isaac Moghalu Foundation. Literacy is a worthy cause, and I commend you for your efforts to promote education in Nigeria's rural communities”.

President Clinton established the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation after leading the United States for two terms in office (1992 – 2000).
